Robin Hood Sports Academy

All Robin Hood Sports Academy programs are aimed at skill development in an enjoyable way. Campers must choose one instructional sport for a 2 week session under the watchful eye of qualified coaches. Not only will we emphasize skill development, but we will also make certain our outcomes reflect cooperation, tolerance and an ability to be a successful team player.

Our program is designed to have a coach to athlete ratio of 1 to 8 working with boys and girls of approximately the same age and ability. By creating this “team” approach to group organization, proper techniques can be reinforced and individual differences recognized. Each coach can then direct the program to meet the needs of each member of the team.

Each camper’s sport of choice will be considered the Major, and will receive instruction in that sport for the majority of the day. During the last portion of each day our athletes will choose from the other sports being offered during the session to enjoy casual instruction, recreational games and activities. All athletes will enjoy a 30 minute free swim at the pool daily.
