Sari and Howie Grossinger
Sending your child to summer camp is no small decision. (Trust us—we know.) Our family involvement began in 1961 when Sari’s parents, Larry & Pearl Bell took on the leadership of Camp Robin Hood. Married for 27 years, together, we have spent 55 (combined) years investing our love and know-how straight to Camp Robin Hood’s core. We’re also the parents of 3 children who make up the third generation of camp leaders: 25 year-old Jordanna (Camper Coordinator, Teacher and Speech Language Pathologist), 23 year-old Cole (a recent graduate of Ivey Business School at Western University), and 18 year-old Zane (Section Head of the CIT/LIT unit at camp). For us, the importance of creating safe places for positive growth, independence, and boatloads of fun are guiding principles.
The individual connection that Howie and Sari give to each camper and staff is incredible. No stone is left unturned and every process has meaning and purpose.
