When applying to Camp Robin Hood for the 2026 season, you will be asked to accept the following conditions:
- Agree to complete any required forms camp deems necessary prior to my child’s starting camp
- Agree to allow my/our child to participate in all camp activities and in any supervised trips to places not on the camp property.
- I have read/understand Camp Robin Hood’s Camper Conduct and Behaviour Policy that outlines a variety of behaviour expectations and policies that all campers, families and staff must adhere to.
- That the Directors of Camp Robin Hood Ltd. reserve the right to terminate the registration of any campers when it is deemed by the Directors to be in the best interest of the child or the camp. In such an event, it is at the discretion of the Directors of Camp Robin Hood Ltd. whether to provide a proportionate refund.
- To make all payments (VISA, MASTER CARD, Cheque, eTransfer, eCheck or Bill Payment) required in accordance with the fee schedule in effect on the date of registration, to abide by the conditions of registration in the registration package. (2% Interest per month charge on unpaid balance after May 1st.)
- The first day of camp is Tuesday, June 30, 2026. There will be no camp on the Civic Holiday Monday, August 3, 2026.
- Applications cannot be confirmed unless accompanied by the required deposit or full payment of camp fees per child. Your child(ren) will only be permitted to start camp once fees are paid in full prior to the start of their camp session.
- The deposit is refundable, if we cannot confirm your application.
- The deposit is fully refundable if a camper’s reservation is cancelled in writing before December 1, 2025. Cancellation of a camper(s) reservation after December 1, 2025 is subject to our refund policy.
- Our fees are for services for a specific period and not a day-to-day fee. There are no refunds for days missed for any reason.
- If there are any updates to your family’s home address or contact information, you MUST let us know by emailing office@camprobinhood.ca before the start of camp so we can ensure we have the most up to date information.
- To consent to the use by Camp Robin Hood Ltd. of the camper’s likeness for publicity purposes, including website and social media channels.
- In case of illness of 2 consecutive weeks or more, a refund of up to 50% will be considered by the Camp Directors. A written request accompanied by a doctor certificate is required for consideration.
- Cancellation or reducing/shortening your initial registration is subject to the following fees:
Cancellation of Registration

- Cancel before December 1, 2025 and receive full refund of deposit
- Cancel in December 2025/January 2026, $250.00 Administrative Fee per camper
- Cancel in February/March 2026, $500.00 Administrative Fee per camper
- Cancel in April/May 2026, 50% of camp fee per child is refunded.
- Cancel after June 1, 2026: No Refund
Reducing/Shortening Stay

- Reduce your initial registration by January 31, 2026; No charge
- Reduce your initial registration in February 2026: 150.00/session per child
- Reduce your initial registration in March 2026: $200.00/session per child
- Reduce your initial registration in April/May 2026: $250.00/session per child
- Reduce your initial registration after June 1, 2026: No refund, however, a credit will be given for the following camp season less an administration charge of $250.00
- To give camp officials authority to act on my behalf in case of emergency.
- To release and indemnify Camp Robin Hood Ltd. from any and all claims for losses or articles and damages arising as a result of any accident, injury or otherwise sustained by the herein named child(ren) arising from participation in any camp activities.
- Camp Robin Hood is not responsible for the loss or damage to Campers’ belongings and/or equipment and/or other items while in transit or at Camp Robin Hood.
- As stated in the Camper Conduct and Behaviour Policy, the Parent and/or Legal Guardian hereby understands that Camp Robin Hood will apply age-appropriate consequences for physical and/or verbal abuse carried out from one camper to another. The camp’s Leadership Team may employ varying degrees of consequences in these circumstances which may or may not include suspension and/or expulsion from camp. In the event that this occurs camp is not obligated but may consider a pro-rated refund.
- The Parent and/or Legal Guardian hereby understands that Camp Robin Hood will have zero tolerance for physical and/or verbal abuse towards any staff by Parents. Please respect the staff that look after the care of your children while at camp. Any person found in breach of this condition may be asked to terminate their child’s time at Camp.
- The Parent and/or Legal Guardian hereby consents to the sharing of your personal information with Camp Walden.
- This document sets forth the entire agreement between Camp Robin Hood, the Parent and the Camper and supersedes and replaces all other discussions, agreements, (whether written or verbal), contracts, representations, promises, negotiations or any other matter. This document can only be changed, modified or amended in writing by both parties.
- That the Courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive and preferential jurisdiction to entertain any complaint, demand, claim, proceeding, or cause of action whatsoever arising from my experiences with Camp Robin Hood. I hereby agree that if I commence any such legal proceedings, that I will do so only in the Province of Ontario.
