Robin Hood Leadership Centre Staff

The key factor to delivering a quality program is the staff. Our staff members are a talented group of leaders, many of whom have chosen education as their profession. RHLC is committed to the training of its staff as effective group facilitators, which tremendously reduces the demand placed on visiting teachers. Robin Hood staff lead the activities while group leaders from the school need only act in a supervisory role.

DIRECTOR:
Ehren Gluckstein has been a member of the Robin Hood staff for over a decade and over the last couple of years has made camping his full time career. Ehren has been involved with RHLC for many years in a variety of capacities including: Activity Leader, Equipment Coordinator and Program Director prior to assuming his current role. In addition to his involvement with RHLC Ehren has worked in almost every area of our summer camp – currently directing Robin Hood Sports Academy – which allows him to bring a unique perspective to this program. Ehren places great value in Outdoor Education and particularly enjoys the relationships he continues to develop with both brand new groups as well as schools who have made a trip to the Robin Hood Leadership Centre an annual event!
ACTIVITY STAFF:

  • They are chosen with care for their leadership, character, and talent
  • Our staff are friendly, approachable, responsible, safety-conscious, and energetic
  • They are trained as facilitators who can motivate young people to be active participants and reflect on what they've learned
