80 Years of Interconnectedness
Since 1946, Camp Robin Hood has been more than just a summer destination—it has been a foundation for life. Our alumni often describe camp as an “operation of love,” a place where the deepest friendships are formed and where the values of our founders, Larry and Pearl Bell, continue to thrive.
Whether you were on staff five years ago or fifty, you are part of a unique, lifelong bond. As we look back on eight decades of magic, we celebrate the “interconnectedness” that defines our community: a feeling that no matter how much time passes, you are always home.

There is an energy at camp that you simply can’t find anywhere else. On Sunday, June 14, we are opening the gates for our staff alumni and their families to come back home.
This is your chance to walk the familiar paths, visit the cabins, and share the magic of Robin Hood with your own partners and children. Reconnect with old cabin mates, reminisce with fellow staff across generations, and relive the spirit of a summer day at camp.

A “Chosen Family”: Camp is where closest friendships are born. Many of our staff members have met their spouses here, eventually returning with their own children to continue the legacy.

A Place to Be Yourself: For generations, Robin Hood has been a safe haven to challenge yourself, grow, and “finally be yourself.” That shared growth creates a bond that doesn’t end when the buses leave in August.
