This program is run by Amanda Tetro, our former Inclusion Coordinator, who has spent many many years at Camp Robin Hood. Amanda is also a long-time Community Class teacher with the York Region District School Board and a mom of two!
New Program Structure
To best support our youngest campers, we are offering morning and afternoon sessions with age-focused programming.
- Morning Sessions: 12–24 Months Focus
Gentle activities, sensory bins, circle time, and early gross-motor play for our youngest campers. - Afternoon Sessions: 24–46 Months Focus
More active themed crafts, movement games, extended circle time, and hands-on camp experiences.
While all children between 12–46 months are welcome in either session, programming will be designed with these age groups in mind.
Catchy & Interactive Themes
Each session features a unique theme designed to engage little minds and hands:
- Barnyard Adventure: Discover farm life, visit the camp animals, and enjoy rural fun.
- Under the Sea Splash: Dive into water-themed play and refreshing sensory experiences.
- Jungle Safari: Go wild with exotic animal themes, jungle tracks, and movement games.
- Bugs and Birds: Explore nature’s smallest creatures through hands-on activities.
- Dinosaur Stomp: Travel back in time with prehistoric sensory bins and dino-sized fun.
- Forest Friends: Explore our beautiful country setting and connect with woodland nature.
