As part of the registration process, you will be required to confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Conditions of Registration.
In consideration of Camp Robin Hood Ltd. accepting this application, I/we agree to the following:
Registration & Required Information
- I/we agree to complete all forms and documentation required by Camp Robin Hood prior to my/our child beginning camp.
- Applications cannot be confirmed unless accompanied by the required deposit or full payment of camp fees per child.
- Campers will only be permitted to begin camp once all fees have been paid in full prior to the start of their camp session.
- If there are any changes to your family’s home address or contact information, you must notify us by emailing office@camprobinhood.ca before the start of camp so that we have the most up-to-date information.
- The Parent and/or Legal Guardian consents to the sharing of personal information with Camp Walden.
Camp Dates & Participation
- The first day of camp is Monday, July 5, 2027.
- There will be no camp on Civic Holiday Monday, August 2, 2027.
- I/we agree to allow my/our child to participate in all camp activities and in any supervised trips to locations outside of Camp Robin Hood property.
- I/we give Camp officials authority to act on my/our behalf in the case of an emergency.
Fees & Payment
- I/we agree to make all required payments by VISA, MasterCard, cheque, eTransfer, eCheck or Bill Payment in accordance with the fee schedule in effect on the date of registration and to abide by the Conditions of Registration contained in the registration package.
- A 2% interest charge per month will apply to any unpaid balance after May 1.
- The deposit is refundable if Camp Robin Hood is unable to confirm your application.
- Camp fees are for services provided during a specific registration period and are not calculated on a day-to-day basis. There are no refunds for individual days missed for any reason.
- There are no refunds/credits provided in the event of a camp closure due to extreme weather conditions.
- In the case of illness lasting two consecutive weeks or more, a refund of up to 50% will be considered by the Camp Directors. A written request accompanied by a doctor’s certificate is required for consideration.
Cancellation and/or Reducing/Shortening of Registration
The deposit is fully refundable if a camper’s reservation is cancelled in writing before December 1, 2026. Cancellations after December 1, 2026 are subject to the following policy:

Camper Conduct & Behaviour
- I/we have read and understand Camp Robin Hood’s Camper Conduct and Behaviour Policy, which outlines behaviour expectations and policies that all campers, families and staff are expected to follow.
- The Directors of Camp Robin Hood Ltd. reserve the right to terminate the registration of any camper when it is deemed by the Directors to be in the best interest of the child or the Camp. In such an event, it is at the discretion of the Directors of Camp Robin Hood Ltd. whether to provide a proportionate refund.
- As stated in the Camper Conduct and Behaviour Policy, the Parent and/or Legal Guardian understands that Camp Robin Hood will apply age-appropriate consequences for physical and/or verbal abuse carried out by one camper toward another. The Camp’s Leadership Team may employ varying degrees of consequences, which may or may not include suspension and/or expulsion from Camp. If this occurs, Camp Robin Hood is not obligated to provide a refund but may consider a pro-rated refund.
- The Parent and/or Legal Guardian understands that Camp Robin Hood has zero tolerance for physical and/or verbal abuse toward staff by parents or guardians. We ask all families to respect the staff responsible for the care of their children while at Camp. Any person found to be in breach of this condition may be asked to terminate their child’s time at Camp.
Photos, Video & Publicity
- I/we consent to Camp Robin Hood Ltd. using the camper’s likeness for publicity purposes, including on Camp Robin Hood’s website and social media channels.
Personal Belongings, Liability & Indemnification
- Camp Robin Hood is not responsible for the loss of or damage to campers’ belongings, equipment or other items while in transit or at Camp Robin Hood.
- I/we release and indemnify Camp Robin Hood Ltd. from any and all claims for losses or articles and damages arising as a result of any accident, injury or otherwise sustained by the herein named child(ren) arising from participation in any Camp activities.
Agreement & Jurisdiction
- This document sets forth the entire agreement between Camp Robin Hood, the Parent and the Camper and supersedes and replaces all other discussions, agreements (whether written or verbal), contracts, representations, promises, negotiations or any other matter. This document can only be changed, modified or amended in writing by both parties.
- The Courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive and preferential jurisdiction to entertain any complaint, demand, claim, proceeding or cause of action whatsoever arising from my experiences with Camp Robin Hood. I acknowledge that if I commence any such legal proceedings, I will do so only in the Province of Ontario.
- I/we have read, understood and accept all Camp Robin Hood policies as outlined in the Rates & Dates section of www.camprobinhood.ca.
